Canisiusstrasse was the former central terminal building of the Lee Barracks in Mainz. The barracks were built in 1938 for the Wehrmacht (unified armed forces of Germany from 1935 to 1945). During the post-war period, the French occupied the area, followed by the Americans.

The building is situated near St. Peter Church and the Institute for Electrical Engineering in Mainz. It is also a stone's throw away from the Mainz Handball Club and the Mainz-Gonsenheim WildPark.

Off-plan sales were completed in November 2013 and will be refurbished into 113 units, with a combined area of 16,000m².
